From our humble
beginnings in 1969 to becoming one of the largest independent
caterers in central Florida, we have never forgotten that the
customer always comes first. Family owned and operated, we pride
ourselves in always getting the job done right the first time… every
time.
Ralph Lupton, Jr. and his wife Nancy have been joined by sons Chip
and Jeff in this family-oriented business. With Jeff managing the
catering division and Chip managing the restaurant division, their
combined efforts make Lupton’s what it is today. Rounding out the
family team efforts are seven precious grandchildren who will no
doubt be working in the family business in the future.
A great example of this dynamic teamwork is in the disaster catering
work conducted by Lupton’s. After Hurricane Wilma swept through
south Florida, Florida Power & Light called Lupton’s at 8 a.m. with
a dilemma…. The catering company they had hired for the next morning
had to cancel and they had 1,000 hungry electrical linemen and tree
arborists to feed. Could Lupton’s possibly help them out of their
bind? Jeff and Chip are always ready to take on a challenge and help
where needed. Along with their hard-working crew, they were up and
running the next morning in south Florida at 6 a.m.
